Let’s Demo

As I dive into my latest build project, I wanted to share some progress on prepping the cargo area. Here’s a look at the before and after of my initial steps.

I started by removing the cab separator and the boards that were previously installed. It was quite a task, especially since the boards were both glued and screwed in place. You might wonder why both methods were used—it's a common practice to ensure a secure fit, but it definitely made the removal process more challenging!

After taking everything out, I noticed that I still need to clean up some of the glue residue left behind. It’s a bit tedious, but it’s essential for the next steps.

Looking ahead, my next focus will be on surface treatment. I’ve spotted some surface rust and several screw holes that need attention before I can move forward with the build. Stay tuned for more updates as I continue this journey!
